Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

By using QrMyWay ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

QrMyWay is a free, browser-based tool for creating custom QR codes. No account is required. All code generation happens locally in your browser, and the service is provided without charge.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you encode (URLs, text, Wi-Fi credentials, contact details, messages) and to any logo images you upload. Content never leaves your device. You are solely responsible for what you encode, including making sure you have the right to use any text, images, or trademarks you embed, and that your use complies with applicable laws.

3. No warranty on generated codes

The service includes live scan verification, but QR codes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The appearance of your environment (lighting, print quality, surface curvature), scanner apps, and error-correction settings all affect whether a given code can be read. Always test your code with several devices before relying on it — especially for payments, ticketing, safety instructions, or any business-critical use.

4. Acceptable use

We may restrict access to the service if it is misused.

5. Third-party destinations and advertising

Codes you create and links on the site lead to third-party resources we do not control and do not endorse; your interactions with them are between you and that third party. When display ads are shown, they are served by Google AdSense and are labelled as advertisements; any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of QrMyWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or from codes generated with it. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date at the top will be revised when they change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
